Surgiram alguns imprevistos durante a instalação do fechamento de varanda, como o surgimento de uma trinca em uma pedra de mármore ao instalar uma guia inferior e também desalinhamentos entre as esquadrias e vedações, mas tudo isso foi solucionado pela empresa. Portanto, tanto a venda do produto como o pós venda com a tratativa de "falhas" me atenderam super bem! Empresa recomendada! Em suma, o serviço ficou muito bom!
From the first visit and negotiation, I had a good impression of the company. Fair price and attentive professionals. There were some unforeseen issues during the installation of the balcony closing, such as the appearance of a crack in a marble stone when installing a lower guide and also misalignments between the frames and fences, but all this was solved by the company. Therefore, both the sale of the product and the after-sales with the "failures" deal served me very well! Recommended company! In short, the service was very good!
