★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prazo de entrega não existe, demoraram uma eternidade pra instalar janelas e portas na minha casa, o funcionário que instalou é mal educado e não tem boa vontade com cliente e nem pra trabalhar.
Sobre o serviço é bem regular visto que quando chove entra água por algum vão do vidro.
Escolhemos cor de acabamento de alumínio preto fosco e produziram branco, daí meu esposo acabou aceitando porque se fossem trocar iria demorar sabe Deus quanto tempo a mais pra instalar. O problema agora é a instalação do guarda corpo da sacada que já esta em atraso a quase 1 mês. Não indico pra ninguém, preciso colocar box e instalar corrimão da escada e com certeza não irei fazer com eles. É uma pena perderam o cliente.
Delivery time does not exist, it took forever to install windows and doors in my house, the employee who installed is rude and has no good will with customer and not even to work.
About the service is very regular since when it rains water enters for some space of the glass.
We chose matte black aluminum finish color and produced white, so my husband eventually accepted because if they were to change it would take God knows how much longer to install. The problem now is the installation of the balcony railing that is already overdue for almost 1 month. I don't tell anyone, I need to box and install stair railing and I certainly won't do it with them. It's a shame they lost the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma decepção o serviço que fizeram na minha casa tudo com defeito,com muito trabalho voltaram pra consertar mas deixaram pior sem falar no prazo que tiver que ficar cobrando porque não cumpriram o combinado.
The service they did in my house was a disappointment, everything was defective, they came back with a lot of work to fix it but left it worse, not to mention the deadline that they have to charge because they didn't comply with the agreement.
