★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é horrível! Liguei pra eles pra pedir um serviço que deu mais de R$ 3.000,00 e NO MESMO DIA eles vieram a Itaipu receber o pagamento. Muito rápido! Mas agora estou há 2 semanas com o serviço atrasado. Eles marcam pra vir, eu passo o dia em casa esperando e eles não parecem. Pedi o contato do dono há 4 dias e me prometeram que ele iria intervir e fazer contato comigo e até agora NADA!
Não recomendo. São irresponsáveis com prazo e com a comunicação.
The service is horrible! I called them to ask for a service that gave more than R $ 3,000.00 and ON THE SAME DAY they came to Itaipu to get paid. Very fast! But now I am 2 weeks late with the service. They schedule to come, I spend the day at home waiting and they don't seem. I asked for the contact of the owner 4 days ago and I was promised that he would intervene and make contact with me and so far NOTHING!
I do not recommend. They are irresponsible with deadlines and communication.
