★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa que já contratei na minha vida!! Falaram que iriam entregar todo o material em dois dias, que cortariam no local e já tem 1 mês e meio me enrolando. Afirmaram diversas vezes que o material já estava TODO pronto, sendo que não tinha NADA pronto!! vieram a 1 semana atrás tirar todas as medidas novamente por que não tinham nem começado a fazer! Fazem a gente de besta!! Falta de compromisso, de respeito, de profissionalismo, de ética... não recomendo para NINGUÉM!!!!
Worst company I've ever hired in my life!! They said they would deliver all the material in two days, that they would cut it on the spot and it's already 1 month and a half messing with me. They stated several times that the material was ALL ready, and they had NOTHING ready!! they came 1 week ago to take all the measurements again because they hadn't even started to do it! They make us a beast!! Lack of commitment, respect, professionalism, ethics... I don't recommend it to ANYONE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Fiz uma compra no valor de R$6800 para instalaçao de portas de vidro em 22 de junho, de 202instalados 1, até o momento não recebi o produto e a equipe da VIDROARTE não dá satisfação e dá resotas enganosas.
envio diversas mensgens pelo wharas app responsavel Lucas, enviei e-mail, pedi a um amigo ir presencialmente e as atendentes Manoela e Jeovania tentam ludibriar com informações não verdadeiras.
Hoje são 29/10 meus produtos foram todos instalados. Qualidade Boa e agilidade da equipe em instalar. Duração 130 dias da compra a instalação mais cumpriram o contratado.
Terrible. I made a purchase in the amount of R$6800 to install glass doors on June 22, out of 202 installed 1, so far I have not received the product and the VIDROARTE team is not satisfied and gives misleading answers.
I send several messages through the wharas app responsible for Lucas, I sent an e-mail, asked a friend to go in person and the attendants Manoela and Jeovania try to deceive with untrue information.
Today it's 10/29 my products have all been installed. Good quality and agility of the team to install. Duration 130 days from purchase to installation more fulfilled the contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei duas estrelas pelo seguinte motivo:liguei e a atendente me atendeu super bem,pedir um orçamento e disseram que enviaria um funcionário para fazer as medições e orçamento, passei número e endereço e estou esperando até hj...as duas estrelas é pelo bom atendimento da menina por trás do telefone,de resto zero estrela.
I gave two stars for the following reason: I called and the attendant answered me very well, I asked for a quote and they said they would send an employee to do the measurements and quote, I gave the number and address and I'm waiting until today... the two stars are for the good service from the girl behind the phone, otherwise zero stars.
