Embora tenha sido abordado por uma moça muito educada, a avaliação do serviço foi feita por outros funcionários que estavam tão sorumbáticos que fiquei me perguntando no que houve para o mau humor geral. Talvez pela sujeira do meu carro, o semblante dos outros funcionários já me era um recado pra correr dali. Insisti: sem solução para minha necessidade, que era simples, colocaram defeito na minha peça e em "quem a vendeu". Meu acompanhante insistiu que a solução era simples, ao que foram chamar o 'técnico mor', que apareceu nitidamente sem paciência, incomodado por ter sido chamado. Na saída, alguém sugeriu a razão da insatisfação e cara amarrada geral: a dona não estava presente. Tirando a menina que me despediu com um "que pena não podermos atender", todos os outros funcionários precisam rever o conceito do que é atender um cliente (detalhe: somos clientes mesmo, compramos outras coisas lá).
I received the service most unfortunately of my day. Although I was approached by a very polite girl, the evaluation of the service was made by other employees who were so overwhelmed that I wondered what happened to the general bad mood. Perhaps because of the dirt in my car, the countenance of the other employees was already a message for me to run from there. I insisted: without a solution to my need, which was simple, they defective my piece and "who sold it". My companion insisted that the solution was simple, to which they went to call the 'chief technician', who appeared clearly without patience, bothered by having been called. On the way out, someone suggested the reason for dissatisfaction and a general frown: the owner was not present. Apart from the girl who fired me with a "sorry that we can't attend", all the other employees need to review the concept of what it means to serve a customer (detail: we are customers, we buy other things there).
