A loja simplesmente cancelou meu pedido, não me deu nenhuma justificativa nem pelo app e nem pelo telefone, sendo que já estávamos em contato pro sms. Obrigada pelo descaso, parabéns pelo péssimo atendimento.
Horrible experience. I placed an order through an app and was informed that there was not one of the selected products, I canceled and re-ordered by removing the item that was not available. The store simply canceled my order, gave me no justification either by the app or by the phone, since we were already in contact with sms. Thank you for the neglect, congratulations for the terrible service.

É necessário ter alguém dedicado no telefone porque boa parte dos pedidos é por delivery. A loja possui razoável variedade de bebidas e os preços coerentes com a localização. Recomendo para compras presenciais.
I always buy water there in person. With the contaminated water from Cedae, the demand has increased a lot and I realize that they are not being able to answer the calls. It is necessary to have someone dedicated on the phone because most of the orders are for delivery. The store has a reasonable range of drinks and prices consistent with the location.
