★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles nao respeitam o paciente, deixam a gente na sala de espera enquanto ficam no celular, as recepcionistas ficam batendo papo ao invei de atender as pessoas.
Marcam consulta tipo para as 9:00 e mas as médicas só chegam as 9:30 e ainda ficam de bate papo.
 They do not respect the patient, they leave us in the waiting room while they are on the cell phone, the receptionists are chatting to the envy of attending people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei o atendimento!! Já tinham me falado q o atendimento era ótimo. Fui conferir e gostei muito. Achei a melhor clinica de olhos de Guarulhos. Nota mil para o atendimento e o médico.

Adhemar Helene é desrespeitoso e sem ética, concordo plenamente, paguei 200 reais na consulta e acho que não fiquei nem 2 minutos na sala, não deixou eu nem explicar o que estava acontecendo com meu filho, viu o olho vermelho e já foi fazendo a receita, tentei conversar mas ele se levantou, abriu a porta e chamou o próximo paciente, pior médico que já me atendeu.
As you have already mentioned in the previous comments, dr. Adhemar Helene is disrespectful and unethical, I totally agree, I paid 200 reais for the consultation and I think I didn't even stay in the room for 2 minutes, he didn't even let me explain what was happening to my son, he saw the red eye and was already making the recipe I tried to talk but he got up, opened the door and called the next patient, the worst doctor who has ever seen me.

Com 3 consultas marcadas para hoje, sendo 2 particulares e a minha do Convênio Unimed Guarulhos, simplesmente no horário das consultas "mandou" suas secretárias avisarem que não iria nos atender. Minha mãe com 76 anos de idade se deslocou de Itaquaquecetuba; minha irmã de 57 anos de idade saiu de Campos do Jordão e eu de Arujá para comparecimento em consultas marcadas há mais de 15 dias. Após aguardarmos por uns 20 minutos fomos chamadas à recepção para sermos comunicadas que o DR. não nos atenderia por ter uma urgência. Ao reclamarmos a não comunicação prévia, a recepcionista disse que havia confirmado as 3 consultas pela manhã por que o Dr. "ia" atender, mas, devido a um compromisso, não atenderia mais. Bem, creio que o desrespeito à minha mãe idosa e doente não poderia me deixar feliz, assim como a minha irmã que se deslocou por quase 200 Kms para fazer uma consulta num médico recomendado por mime pelo meu convênio UNIMED GUARULHOS. Reclamar não adiantou. O médico sequer tentou se explicar. Não nos atendeu, mas, atendeu todos os pacientes marcados até 11h00. Minha mãe 11h20, minha irmã 11h40 e eu 12h00 negou-se a atender. Gastamos $$$, tempo, gasolina, pedágios, etc. Ele sequer tentou se desculpar. O que adianta ser um profissional se não se tem AMOR e RESPEITO pela profissão?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei pela 2a vez no Dr Ademar para tirar prova de 2 RECEITAS ERRADAS passadas por oftalmologistas do CRO. Os profissionais do CRO erraram pra mais (1 grau a mais) nas 2 vezes em que passei por consulta. Procurei o Dr Ademar através da Ótica Urbano (por ser cliente) e ele conseguiu ajustar meu grau sem dificuldades.
Sobre seu atendimento, realmente deixa a desejar... é ríspido e beira a arrogância. Não dá atenção devida aos pacientes e chega a tirar a gente do sério, tratando a gente como mais um.
Na última vez, tentou me levar para cirurgia de todas as formas e tive que ser muito firme em afirmar que só queria a revisão de graus.
Não há dúvidas que é bom profissional... mas tem que saber levar, mesmo sendo o cliente.
I spent the second time in Dr Ademar to take proof of 2 WRONG RECIPES passed by CRO ophthalmologists. The CRO professionals missed the extra (1 degree) in the 2 times I went through the consultation. I looked for Dr. Ademar through Urban Optics (for being a client) and he was able to adjust my degree without difficulty.
About your service, it really leaves a lot to be desired ... it's harsh and bordering on arrogance. He does not pay attention to the patients, and he takes people seriously, treating us like one.
Last time, he tried to take me to surgery anyway, and I had to be very firm in saying that I only wanted to review degrees.
There is no doubt that he is a good professional ... but he has to know how to lead, even if he is the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo consultório, péssimos profissionais, médico Dr. Adhemar não soube prescrever corretamente um tratamento no pedido médico, e o que prescreveu, depois que eu optei por um atendimento por um outro profissional, não de la ??o que confirmou que o procedimento que ele prescreveu era errado, nada tinha a ver com diabetes, e msm eu mandando o pedido dele pro plano, nao aceitaram porque a funcionaria irresponsável, nem se quer completou a guia do tal exame presquito ,resumo: Não va a essa clínica, etica zero, vcs só irão se aborrecer e perder tempo ! As vezes damos preferencia aos "profissionais" da nossa cidade e nos lascamos, fica aqui meu descontentamento a essa clinica e seus profissionais!! Ahh, esqueci, ainda no dia da consulta ele estava com uma estagiária dentro do consultório, imagina o que será dessa pobre futura profissional !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento mediano, médico focado na venda de óculos e particularmente não gosto desta postura . Durante a consulta dizia: vou te fazer um óculos assim , melhor deste jeito só que é mais caro etc etc...Acredito que deveria estar preocupado com a saude dos olhos e nao em vender . Errou meu grau pra mais, não aceitei e quando refez, bateu com a última consulta em outro especialista. Na saída a recepcionista te leva para uma ótica em frente ao consultório...
