★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tive uma péssima experiência , pois comprei uma amarock zero em 2018 TDI 4x4 cabine dupla, através do meu CNPJ, fiz todas as revisões com eles 10,20,30,40,50,60 mil todas, e qd completou 70 mil eu estava em dias de agendar a revisão e tive um problema sério no motor, estourando a correia e levando o problema a diversas outras peças, acabando o sistema hidráulico, fiquei sem direção e quase bati o carro aqui na Rod Tibiriçá, isso as vésperas de natal, ou seja fiquei sem carro final de ano, levei o veículo com guincho para a Vigomotors mauá, aonde fiz todas as revisões desde zero, e me informaram que não tinha mais garantia, e eu teria que arcar com 5 mil em peças e MO, eu questionei porque um carro bruto destes estoura uma correria que tem garantia de 200 mil km? e me disseram apenas que não saberiam infiormar, eu questionei o porque nas revisões não detectaram este possivel defeito para corrigirmos, e de novo, me disseram que as peças estavam em ordem, eu questionei se estavam em ordem porque estourou? e mais uma vez, zero de atenção, nem um relatório técnico acusando o defeito e a causa tiveram a altivez de me fornecer, fiz reclamação e sim, me ligaram apenas para tentar vender uma nova e pegar a minha a base de troca, resumindo, Brasil, País aonde não se respeita o cliente e não valorizam a marca . pois eu nunca mais compro um VW, nem para minha empresa, nem para mim pessoalmente. zero de nota.para Feed
