Parece que a crise chegou para o país todo, menos para essa loja, pois escolhem o serviço e te dizem que você tem de dar um adiantamento antes mesmo do orçamento.
If you are looking for BAD service your place is here, where the seller asks for a value of at least 250 reais just to make the budget and disqualifies your product. It seems that the crisis has reached the whole country, except for this store, because they choose the service and tell you that you have to give an advance even before the budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui engando ! Levei minha smart TV para fazer , pois estava desligando sozinha. Falaram que tinha conserto , e deixei para consertar. O problema não foi resolvido . Retornei 8 vezes e não foi resolvido o problema.

Lugar muito bagunçado e sujo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma TV usada, em janeiro/2017, com garantia até junho/2017. Testei na loja e estava em boas condições, porém hoje foi a primeira vez que efetivamente usei a TV e 1 pixel queimou atrapalhando a visão na tela.
Ao levar e explicar o ocorrido, foi alegado mal uso e que isso não cobre a garantia.
Já estava acostumada com o tom irônico do atendimento com o cliente, porém hoje me senti injustiçada perante a não resolução somanda à ironia no atendimento.
Uma pena, pois já levei mais de 3 itens para conserto e hoje, não recomendo.
I bought a used TV, in January / 2017, with warranty until June / 2017. I tested it in the store and was in good condition, but today was the first time I actually used the TV and 1 pixel burned disrupting the view on the screen.
In taking and explaining what happened, it was alleged misuse and this does not cover the warranty.
I was already used to the ironic tone of customer service, but today I felt wronged by the lack of resolution to the irony in service.
A pity, because I took more than 3 items for repair and today, I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, pediram pagamento antecipado em dinheiro sem nem explicar qual era o problema. Tive que ligar 3 vezes para darem o orçamento e ainda não queriam devolver meu aparelho. Loja suja e entulhada. Parece um cemitério de equipamentos velhos e quebrados. Não passo nem na porta mais. As únicas avaliações positivas são dos parentes do proprietário.
Lousy service, asked for cash advance payment without even explaining what the problem was. I had to call 3 times to get a quote and they still didn't want to return my device. Dirty and cluttered store. It looks like a graveyard of old and broken equipment. I don't even pass the door anymore. The only positive reviews are from the owner's relatives.

O preço é caro e demoraram além do prazo prometido e alegaram a demora na entrega das peças, mas ni geral eu recomendo o local.
