★ ★ ★ ★ ★ trabalhamos sem material, o dono é um caloteiro que não paga, quando paga demora quase 1 mes pra depositar nosso dinheiro de direito. falta itens na conzinha que o povo rebola pra disfarçar, falta itens no salão, até guardanapo agente usa sujo se não tiver mancha pq não tem nem o material. lugar péssimo para trabalhar e para os criente.
 we work without material, the owner is a deadbeat who doesn't pay, when he pays it takes almost 1 month to deposit our money rightfully. There is a lack of items in the kitchen that the people roll over to disguise it, there is a lack of items in the salon, even the napkin we use dirty if there is no stain because we don't even have the material. Terrible place to work and for kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UMA ESTRELA é muito, para o espaço Villa da Moóca, que possui a PIOR QUALIDADE em gastronomia, buffet e serviço, afinal tudo que envolve essa área é simplesmente desorganizado e descoordenado. Na contratação vocês prometem qualidade no serviço e nos produtos servidos e, no dia do evento não é isso que entregam. Os pratos preparados na degustação não possuem a mesma qualidade e apresentação do dia do evento. Uma enganação!
O serviço que dizem prestar em todo o evento, não chega nem perto do prometido.
NÃO RECOMENDO à ninguém!
ONE STAR is a lot, for the Villa da Moóca space, which has the WORST QUALITY in gastronomy, buffet and service, after all, everything that involves this area is simply disorganized and uncoordinated. When hiring, you promise quality in the service and products served and, on the day of the event, that is not what you deliver. The dishes prepared at the tasting do not have the same quality and presentation as on the day of the event. A scam!
The service they say they provide throughout the event is not even close to what was promised.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente fui a uma festa como convidada e, confesso ter sido minha PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA em festa de casamento, principalmente quanto ao buffet que grosseiramente falando foi uma "vergonha".
- Garçons sem uma coordenação efetiva e direta (pareciam todos muito perdidos, sem saber pra onde ir);
- O intervalo de um prato para o outro, demorava um tempo absurdo e inadmissível;
- Os pratos servidos no dia, não tinham absolutamente nem a qualidade aproximada do que foi degustado no pré-evento.
- Quanto ao buffet, senti muita, mas muita falta de um "Chef", de organização, de coordenação, de alinhamento de informações internas e operacionais, etc etc.
RESUMINDO: Tudo uma bagunça, feito de qualquer jeito e sem o mínimo de respeito com o cliente.
I recently went to a party as a guest and, I confess it was my WORST EXPERIENCE in a wedding party, especially regarding the buffet that roughly speaking was a "shame".
- Waiters without effective and direct coordination (they all seemed very lost, not knowing where to go);
- The interval from one dish to the other took an absurd and unacceptable time;
- The dishes served on the day had absolutely not the approximate quality of what was tasted in the pre-event.
- As for the buffet, I really, really missed a "Chef", organization, coordination, alignment of internal and operational information, etc etc.
SUMMARY: All a mess, done in any way and without the least respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha mãe reservamos um evento no espaço para os 60 anos dela antes da pandemia. O evento obviamente não ocorreu por conta do COVID, cancelamos e aguardamos o tempo determinado na Lei para que o espaço nos devolvesse o dinheiro. Desde janeiro, os colaboradores nos dão desculpas esfarrapadas, prometem cartas de reembolso que nunca aparecem, marcam reuniões e desmarcam em cima da hora, param de responder as mensagens e aos e-mails. Não façam seu evento aqui! Se acontecer qualquer coisa eles irão lhe deixar a ver navios.
My mom and I booked an event at the space for her 60th birthday before the pandemic. The event obviously did not take place because of COVID, we canceled and waited for the time determined in the Law for the space to return the money to us. Since January, employees have been giving us lame excuses, promising refund letters that never appear, arranging meetings and canceling at the last minute, stopping responding to messages and emails. Don't make your event here! If anything happens they will let you see ships.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 2019 fechamos o nosso casamento com o Espaço Villa da Mooca, no valor de 20 mil reais, pagamos parte a vista e o restante parcelamos em 6 parcelas que foram pagas TODAS EM DIA.
Com o inicio da pandemia, remarcamos o casamentos algumas vezes, mas depois de várias remarcações decidimos cancelar, até ai tivemos um ótimo atendimento. Nos passaram os procedimentos de uma MP do congresso e que iriam reembolsar o valor integral, pra isso precisaríamos aguardar o prazo. Em dezembro de 2021 a empresa entrou em contato conosco e fizemos uma reunião com o dono do buffet que prometeu o ressarcimento integral em 12 parcelas, pagar a partir de Março/2022, aceitamos e recebemos o contrato de ressarcimento.
AI COMEÇA O PESADELO.
Desde Março tentamos contato com a empresa e não recebemos nenhuma parcela, no começo respondiam falando que iriam verificar, mas hoje nem resposta temos por nenhum canal de atendimento.
Lendo avaliações percebemos que não somos os únicos que estão passando por esse mesmo problema.
ABRAM OS OLHOS PARA NÃO PERDEREM SEU DINHEIRO NESTE LOCAL
In 2019 we closed our wedding with Espaço Villa da Mooca, in the amount of 20 thousand reais, we paid part in cash and the rest in 6 installments that were paid EVERYDAY.
With the beginning of the pandemic, we rescheduled the weddings a few times, but after several reschedules we decided to cancel, so far we had great service. They gave us the procedures of a congressional MP and that they would refund the full amount, for that we would need to wait for the deadline. In December 2021, the company contacted us and we had a meeting with the owner of the buffet who promised full reimbursement in 12 installments, payable from March/2022, we accepted and received the reimbursement agreement.
THEN THE NIGHTMARE BEGINS.
We have been trying to contact the company since March and have not received any installments, at first they replied saying that they would check, but today we have no response through any service channel.
Reading reviews we realize that we are not the only ones who are experiencing this same problem.
OPEN YOUR EYES SO YOU DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE
