Aguardando o cidadão ir fumar passear pelo pátio e não só a mim com outras pessoas que ali estavam aguardando
Perdi uma coleta agendada em uma empresa também muito importante como a Atlas
E uma vergonha uma empresa com toda essa estrutura e não tem um gestor no local para comandar este espaço

Horrível, abri um segundo chamado técnico para resolver um problema no prédio do qual sou síndico em 31/10 e até este momento não consegui agendar o serviço ou mesmo obtive qualquer resposta como satisfação.
O serviço de Call Center reabre o chamado e reencaminha o protocolo ao setor RESPONSÁVEL sem que efetivamente eu obtenha ao menos uma resposta ou satisfação.31/10/2020.

Horrible, I opened a second technical call to resolve a problem in the building of which I am the manager on 10/31 and so far I have not been able to schedule the service or even get any response as satisfaction.
The Call Center service reopens the call and forwards the protocol to the RESPONSIBLE sector without actually getting at least one response or satisfaction. 10/31/2020.
