Optei por retirar os itens que eu aluguei, e foi aí o problema, no Google a informação é atendimento até às 18 hs, cheguei às 17:05 hs, não queriam me entregar, uma confusão, funcionários extremamente mal educados.
Só não cancelei o pedido naquele momento por estar em cima da hora do evento.
