★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje infelizmente fiquei muito chateada... levei minha Shitzu para uma tosa e pedi para não mexer na cabeça e nem nos pelos das orelhas.. pedi umas 2 vezes para a Karen.. quando fui pegar a surpresa.. além de terem cortado aonde pedi para não mexer ficou um corte curto e repicado... o rabo dela tb um todo picotado... estou muito chateada mesmo.. pois não tive o mínimo de atenção em relação ao caso.... um simples pedido de desculpas...

O meu cachorrinho voltou esfolado da máquina de tosar, se coçando todo pois passaram perfume, que por sinal, o odor é ruim e o acabamento da tosa é péssimo. O bichinho voltou triste e amoado. Insatisfeita com a prestação de serviço.
I took my pet for a shower and cough and asked 3 times for no perfume. My puppy came back skinned from the machine of tosar, if scratching everything because they passed perfume, that by the way, the smell is bad and the finish of the cough is terrible. The little animal came back sad and in love. Dissatisfied with the provision of service.

Infelizmente não moro mais na região, e sinto muita falta de levar minha Nina para tomar banho, sempre retornava muito limpinha e cheirosa e sem contar o amor é cuidado que eles tem com os animais. Pagava um preço justo por um trabalho sempre excelente.
Can I give 6 stars?
Unfortunately I no longer live in the region, and I miss taking Nina to bathe, she always returned very clean and fragrant and not to mention the love they care for animals. I paid a fair price for an always excellent job.
