★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei financiar um carro diretamente com eles pois fui informadas que conseguiam taxas menores que meu banco, mas eu precisava passar a ficha.
Ok, passei a ficha e as taxas estavam o dobro, das taxas do meu banco.
Ao sinalizar que eu precisaria de alguns dados e documentação do carro por exigência do banco, se recusaram a passar, dizendo que sabiam de todas as normas e procedimentos dos bancos pois estavam no ramo há mais de 20 anos.
Resumindo, não comprei o carro, por ego e vaidade de vendedor.
I tried to finance a car directly with them as I was told they were getting lower rates than my bank, but I needed to pass the form.
Okay, I passed the file and the fees were double my bank fees.
When signaling that I would need some data and documentation of the car as required by the bank, they refused to pass, saying that they knew all the rules and procedures of the banks as they had been in the business for over 20 years.
In short, I didn't buy the car, for ego and salesman's vanity.

Desde que comprei meu primeiro carro, em 2011, virei um amigo da loja: sempre me trataram muito bem, e desde então sempre compro meus carros por lá. Já foram 3, e que venham mais, pois confio neles de olhos fechados. Além do mais, a loja sempre me presta um suporte aos documentos do meu carro, sejam eles: de transferência, IPVA, GRT, DUDAS, etc. (e sem cobrar nada), honestidade é o sobrenome dessa empresa. Um obrigado especial ao Josué e ao Andre, que sempre estão a postos para ajudar.
