Sou cliente das marcas alemãs desde sempre, a mais de 15 anos, e nunca tive um tratamento tão bom quanto tive aqui na ABintercar de Botafogo na area de semi-novos, o Ronaldo, gerente em questão foi muito honesto e perfeito com a tratativa comigo, cliente. Parabéns, e que todos sigam o exemplo dele. Abs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento não foi tão bom e nem tão ruim (normal), já o serviço foi ruim, deixou o carro sujo, além de falar que o carro tinha defeito que não existia, e quando foi realizado o laudo de vistoria eles não chamaram o dono para acompanhar. Não sei se é pelo ano do carro ou se escolhem as pessoas por aparência. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the present days all technicians apply datalog analysis to cars in detriment of pratice and knowledge. That's the case of all car concessionaires, including the Mercedes ones like Intercar. In spite of that they treat customers well and the concessionaire is nice.
