★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio familiar, ótimo para aproveitar com amigos e família, bem estruturado. O que deixa a desejar é a rua sem asfalto que não pode chover que vira lama e a água sobe muito, tem que tomar cuidado com os carros estacionados quando os dias estiverem chuvosos.
Family condominium, great to enjoy with friends and family, well structured. What is lacking is the unpaved street that cannot rain, which turns into mud and the water rises a lot, you have to be careful with the cars parked when the days are rainy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito tranquilo, limpo e com segurança ..... mas é urgente asfalto ou outro tipo de revestimento da rodovia até a portaria do residencial, apesar de ser poucos metros seria o q falta p classificar como ÓTIMO.
Very quiet place, clean and safe ..... but there is an urgent need for asphalt or another type of covering from the highway to the residential concierge, despite being a few meters away, it would be missing q to classify as GREAT.
