Entrei em contato com a Vilma Alimentos afim de comprar insumos para produção da indústria onde sou compradora, temos um gasto de 5000kg do produto que a Vilma produz.
Gostaria muito de firmar uma parceria lucrativa para Vilma, porém a atendente da empresa diz que na minha região em São Paulo é atendida em outro contato, diz que não tem esse contato e pede para que eu ligue no SAC da empresa (0800), neste número não consigo contato apenas fico aguardando ouvindo a música.
Ao dizer que não consigo contato para atendente Regina ela informa "deve continuar tentando" e encerra o atendimento.
Gostaria de agradecer pelo não atendimento prestado.
Atendente tem braço curto, se tivesse interesse em prestar serviço a Vilma ganharia mais clientes novos.
