★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato via telefone para saber se tinham alguns produtos específicos e quantidade, pois sairia de Ponte Nova para comprar caso os tivessem. Afirmaram que tinham e quando cheguei lá, não tinham a quantidade que eu precisava.
Até foram solícitos em ajudar devido ao erro, ligaram nos concorrentes para comprar a peça.
Se eu soubesse que não tinham, ou iria procurar outra loja ou não iria em Viçosa.
Faltou responsabilidade com o cliente, mas tentaram contornar pelo menos.
I contacted via phone to find out if they had some specific and quantity products as it would leave New Bridge to buy if the had. They claimed they had and when I got there, had not the amount I needed.
To have been solicitous to help because of the error, called us competing to buy the piece.
If I knew who did not, or would look for another store or would not Viçosa.
