★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiencia q tive em servico prestado,comprei 2 janelas e me deram 20 dias uteis pra entrega,ja se passaram 40 dias e ainda nao entregaram,ligo pra vinus e ninguem me da uma posicao concreta,a principio falaram q demorou pois o funcionario responsavel estava de ferias,depois quando o mesmo voltou,entrando em ccontato disseram q tinham q enviar novamente pra tirar medidas,e falaram da ultima vez q consegui contato q quinta feira dia 29/03 entregariam e hoje dia 31/03 nao entregaram,ja procurei o procon e assionarei a justica,para q nao faca isso com mais ninguem,e horrivel isso depedendo dos vidros pra montagem dos moveis,estou passando por maus bocados,mais vou fazer o possivel para q se faca justica.
The worst experience I had in service, I bought 2 windows and they gave me 20 working days for delivery, 40 days have passed and they still haven't delivered, I call vinus and nobody gives me a concrete position, at first they said it took a while because the employee responsible was on vacation, then when he returned, entering into contact they said they had to send it again to take measurements, and they spoke of the last time i got in touch q thursday 03/29 would deliver and today 03/31 they did not deliver, already I looked for the procon and signed the justification, so that I don't do it with anyone else, and it's horrible, depending on the glasses for assembling the furniture, I'm going through bad times, but I'll do my best to do it justice.
