E me deixaram ir embora sem ao menos me avisar. Uma pena, mas valeu pra nunca mais. Nem sempre salão bom, bonito e caro, quer dizer excelência. Se tiver transparecia pra mim todos os requisitos preencherão. Agora, como saber se o salão tem? Só passando por essas coisas mesmo. Não podemos adivinhar.
 They ruined my hair, left it all elastic from an opposite service that I ordered.
And they let me go without even telling me. A pity, but it was never worth it. Not always a good, beautiful and expensive salon, it means excellence. If you have transparency for me all the requirements will fill. Now, how do you know if the salon has it? Just going through these things. We cannot guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Meu corte ficou totalmente torto, quiseram me cobrar um valor extra para arrumar (detalhe: nem havia me levantado da cadeira e se recusaram a chamar o cabeleireiro. Não era questão de mudança de corte mas sim de pontas totalmente tortas). Ao pagar, se recusaram a emitir nota fiscal alegando que não tinham licença. Como um estabelecimento trabalha sem licença e recusa a emitir nota fiscal? Apesar do espaço ser lindo não indico. Me senti enganada e desrespeitada. Tive que ir em outro cabeleireiro arrumar as pontas tortas.
Bad experience. My cut was totally crooked, they wanted to charge me an extra amount to fix it (detail: I didn't even get up from the chair and they refused to call the hairdresser. It wasn't a matter of changing the cut, but of totally crooked ends). When paying, they refused to issue an invoice claiming they had no license. How does an establishment work without a license and refuse to issue an invoice? Although the space is beautiful I do not recommend. I felt cheated and disrespected. I had to go to another hairdresser to fix the crooked ends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitava o espaço com uma certa frequência, para corte e coloração (mais esporadicamente). Durante uma visita em que apenas minha filha foi para fazer escova de crystal o valor tinha sido passado a mim por telefone com estimativa média pelo comprimento do cabelo, após o procedimento foi cobrado um valor a mais de aproximadamente 150,00 reais, questionei a equipe e me falaram que durante o procedimento foi usado mais produto do que o esperado pelo profissional, mesmo que o comprimento do cabelo em questão não se enquadrasse no valor atualizado, o caso foi tratado com total indiferença e descaso, difícil ter algum prazer de frequentar um ambiente onde a prioridade da empresa é o ganho financeiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei os serviços para sair loira e sai ruiva, totalmente com o cabelo alaranjado e com aspecto de queimado, fiz teste de mecha e disseram que daria sim para eu ficar com um cabelo um loiro mais quente, pois bem, o procedimento não deu certo, fiquei com o cabelo alaranjado, fiz a reclamação junto a “consultora de imagem” Bia, o q falou que meu caso iria ser resolvido, sabe como? Eu pagando novamente o procedimento kkkk piada né, e detalhe, fui lesada financeiramente parte 1, pq venderam o serviço que não ficou igual ao proposto e ainda querem me cobrar a mais, e vou além! Comprei um monte de shampoo, condicionador, cremes, indicados pelo Sr. Ricky e Srta Bia, lesada financeiramente parte 2, ja q não fiquei loira, pq tratamento de cabelos para loiras né?. Absurdo! Tem profissionais melhores na região, fujam! A última mensagem no whats q eu tenho é que iriam entrar em contato para resolver, até agora nada, descaso total com os clientes.
I hired the services to go blonde and go red, totally with orange hair and with a burnt look, I did a strand test and they said it would be ok for me to have warmer blonde hair, well, the procedure didn't work, I got orange hair, I complained to the “image consultant” Bia, who said that my case would be resolved, do you know how? Me paying the procedure again lol joke right, and detail, I was financially injured part 1, because they sold the service that was not the same as proposed and they still want to charge me more, and I'll go further! I bought a lot of shampoo, conditioner, creams, indicated by Mr. Ricky and Miss Bia, financially injured part 2, since I didn't go blonde, because hair treatment for blondes, right?. Absurd! There are better professionals in the region, run away! The last message I have on whats is that they would get in touch to resolve, so far nothing, total neglect with customers.

Interesting fact was that I saw couple years ago their Instagram account and felt in love, so this year I told myself, that’s it I will visit and be pampered. They just recently moved to the new location that by the way is gorgeous. An incredible building with modern style and cozy sophisticated touches. Every single thing was studied to make you feel good. From the welcome receptionists, through the water that clean our hair and has the right PH. The team has amazing professionals that do their very best to make sure you are satisfied with the results and super happy. They don’t focus just in the hair, they go beyond. Ricky is the master of the hair cuts and balayage. Assisted by his wife and his partner Tati, they will listen carefully to all your wishes and analyze what is possible in that moment depending on the health of your hair and after that make a plan. I was amazed how they literally transform my mom’s hair. She has blond hair with highlights and they analyze the follicles and how weak was and recommend what she need to do also at home. They carry great products like Wella, Truss, Sh Rd, Nioxin.. my mom after two months is already seeing a huge improvement. I also brought my brother that wanted some highlights and a special hair cut. Me? I actually come once a week to be pampered. The sweet Mrs Eva brings us a delicious cappuccino and also a menu with couple yummy selections of sandwiches or juices. Which are delicious. My favorite is the Brie with arugula and honey. I am so happy I finally came and will for sure come back every time I’m in Brazil. Thank you also to Will and Duda that with so much love and attention took care of my long hair and make me leave with gorgeous mermaid hair.
