★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não resolveram o problema da falta de áudio do meu PS2. Fui em outro local e o rapaz resolveu em 1 hora. O problema estava é uma das trilhas do áudio e aparentemente a Vip Gamer não tem pessoal especializado para isso. O preço é bem salgado também. No terceirão tem pessoas qualificadas para problemas mais complexos e tem preços melhores.
They didn't solve the problem of lack of audio from my PS2. I went to another location and the guy solved it in 1 hour. The problem was one of the audio tracks and apparently Vip Gamer doesn't have specialized personnel for that. The price is pretty steep too. The third has people qualified for more complex problems and has better prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Registrando um b.o e um processo em cima da empresa, fica aqui meu relato.
Levei 2 PS3, um era pra apenas colar uma pecinha e outro por uma borracha, isso custou 170 reais, tudo bem, fui lá paguei sem problemas.
O meu outro PS3, dava um bip e desligava, testei tudo, troquei fonte e etc, pq eu tenho 3 PS3 fiz os teste e nada, notei que era um curto na placa após a limpeza do mesmo, levei a assistência todo completo olharam ele e disseram que era o ChipSet e que não trabalhavam com isso, ok, peguei ele levei no Thiago Games, o mesmo na hora bateu o dedo no botão de ligar e me falou que estava faltando então respondi "Não, não está faltando, levei ele completo pra a VIP Games", na mesma hora o Thiago abriu na minha frente e mostrou que estava faltando (isso foi visto por +3 funcionários e eu mesmo), Thiago continuou abrindo meu console, estava faltando a pilha dele e também mexeram no CI DO HDMI, retiraram as soldas dele (isso foi o que ficou bem óbvio) então o Thiago me mostrou as perninhas toda tortas e sem soldas, ok, notei que meu console foi todo fuçado e estava cheio de fluxo de soldas na placa (diferente de quando chegou), então galera, acabei ajeitando um na VIP e ficou uma dúvida na cabeça "será que fizeram o serviço corretamente e futuramente não vai dar outro problema?" Pois, é bastante complicado essa situação, não recomendo a loja de maneira nenhuma! Data 31/12/2021 fica meu registro, irei abrir um processo contra a mesma pra respeitar o consumidor.
Relato 3 meses após testar o acelerador de cooler que colocaram em meu ps3 na vip games o mesmo ainda funciona tranquilamente, ou seja, peça nova aparentemente, mas não recomendo a empresa já que levei +2 consoles e um voltou pior do que foi e outro sem solução todo mexido.
Registering a b.o and a process on top of the company, here is my report.

My other PS3, gave a beep and turned off, I tested everything, changed the source and etc, because I have 3 PS3 I did the tests and nothing, I noticed that it was a short in the board after cleaning it, I took the complete assistance, they looked at it and they said it was the ChipSet and that they didn't work with it, ok, I took it and took it to Thiago Games, the same time he hit his finger on the call button and told me it was missing so I replied "No, it's not missing, I took it complete for VIP Games", at the same time Thiago opened it in front of me and showed that it was missing (this was seen by +3 employees and myself), Thiago kept opening my console, his stack was missing and they also messed with the CI FROM the HDMI, they removed the solders from it (that was what was very obvious) then Thiago showed me the legs all crooked and without solders, ok, I noticed that my console was all tweaked and was full of solder flux on the board (unlike when it arrived), so guys, I ended up getting one in the VIP and there was a doubt in my head "I wonder if they did the service correctly and in the future there won't be another problem?" Well, this situation is quite complicated, I do not recommend the store at all! Date 12/31/2021 is my record, I will file a lawsuit against it to respect the consumer.
Report 3 months after testing the cooler accelerator that they put on my ps3 at vip games it still works smoothly, that is, a new part apparently, but I don't recommend the company since I took +2 consoles and one came back worse than it was and another without solution all stirred.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O nome dessa loja deveria se chamar VIP LIXO, pois levei meu Xbox 360 para consertar, depois de uma semana disseram que o vídeo game não tinha conserto, falaram que tava oxidado a placa , não acreditei e levei em outra assistência técnica, resumindo a historia tiraram o driver de ler os jogos do meu xbox360 e colocaram outro com defeito, e na outra assistência consegui salvar o vídeo game que a VIP Games tinha condenado. Tudo nessa loja é péssimo, não recomendo.
The name of this store should be called VIP LIXO, because I took my Xbox 360 to be repaired, after a week they said that the video game had no fix, they said that the board was oxidized, I didn't believe it and took it to another technical assistance, summarizing the story they took the driver to read the games from my xbox360 and put another one defective, and in the other assistance I managed to save the video game that VIP Games had condemned.
