★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por recomendações e atendimento muito bom (da Jéssica) fechei com a Viplas. O serviço foi realizado, mas com vários transtornos. Instalação de 2 box e fechamento de varanda previsto para 2 dias úteis, levou 7 dias úteis; instalador falta e não avisam e nem ligam para reagendar; instalação de cor errada; instalador chamado X dizendo se chamar Diego; senti falta de comunicação entre os colaboradores.
For recommendations and very good service (from Jessica) I closed with Viplas. The service was performed, but with several inconveniences. Installation of 2 box and balcony closure scheduled for 2 business days, took 7 business days; installer is missing and will not warn or call to reschedule; wrong color installation; installer named X saying his name is Diego; I missed communication between the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei um serviço e a instalação do mesmo foi feito de forma errada, quando solicitei correção do serviço o funcionário foi na minha casa e disse coisas super ofensivas (soando muito próximo a uma ameaça caso continuasse reclamando). Não recomendo.
I hired a service and the installation was done wrongly, when I requested correction of the service the employee came to my house and said super offensive things (sounding very close to a threat if I continued to complain). I do not recommend.

I got in touch for a quote, they gave me an amount, I returned to close, they gave me another one and they didn't make a point of answering me and I was already a customer.
Just leaving my feedback, you almost lose customer and referrals.
