★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive meu cpf roubado e me mandaram cobrança que não são minhas pela vipeway sou de São Paulo,como alguém com documentos falsos abre conta é um absurdo já fiz b.o. e abri uma investigação anti fraude pelas cobranças indevidas,entrei em contato com a vipway e não tive nenhum retorno.
I had my cpf stolen and they sent me collection that are not mine by the vipeway I am from São Paulo, as someone with false documents opens an account it is absurd I already did b.o. and opened an anti-fraud investigation for undue charges, got in touch with vipway and had no feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor coisa que fiz foi sair fora da internet da Vivo e contratar a VipWay. Preço bem mais em conta com mais qualidade na internet. Bom atendimento ao cliente. Dificilmente cai e sempre que eu verifico está chegando os 30 Mb que eu contratei. Muito satisfeito.
Best thing I did was get off Vivo's internet and hire VipWay. Much cheaper price with better quality on the internet. Good customer service. It hardly falls and whenever I check it is reaching the 30 Mb I hired. Very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem nenhum aplicativo e nem suporte técnico 24 horas se cair a Internet só vai conseguir resolver e isso quando eles agendar em horário administrativo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO....Empresa não tem.suporte técnico adequado, eles param de responder, não resolvem o.problema, se ligar após 18h, a recepcionista que atende é diz q não há mais ninguém que possa resolver e pede para aguardarmos o dia seguinte.... pelo WhatsApp o suporte técnico para de responder mensagens, não te dá suporte nenhum e repassam a responsabilidade de agendamento para o setor de vendas...É um.jogo de empurra... Estou 2 dias, só tomando prejuízo por não tem sinal
TERRIBLE....Company doesn't have adequate technical support, they stop responding, they don't solve the problem, if you call after 6pm, the receptionist who answers says there is no one else who can solve it and asks us to wait for the next day .... via WhatsApp, the technical support stops answering messages, doesn't give you any support and they transfer the responsibility for scheduling to the sales department... It's a.push game... I'm 2 days, just taking a loss for no signal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 11 de maio consegui pela Glória de nosso sr.a vipway fez a instalação da internet fixa no meu apartamento, depois de mais de 30 dias solicitando a instalação a equipe técnica conseguiu realizar essa grande façanha, e após 1h de utilização da internet o que ocorreu ??????? A internet caiu, parou de funcionar, ao ligar na assistência técnica fui informado que não tem previsão para retornar o serviço, olha que benção.
