Decepção total com a Vira Sol.
 I bought and paid the view on 9/10/2013 glass windows for my kitchen, with the promise of delivery in 20 days today 30/10/2013, I am still struggling to have my order delivered and placed.
Total disappointment with the Sun Turn.

Felizmente saiu tudo como previsto na parte feito contratualmente ,talvez de uma maneira que pode ter sido ao ver,um inicio, com atraso .Pois uma época onde onde ---nós : representante , cabíamos seguir não só com prazo da fábrica mas arredondando em geral as metas.JÁ que o produto incia viria com prazo deles ! agradecemos diante mão à sua compreensão e nos desculpe o tempo mas o padrão ao nível excelente !grato em critica construtiva ...

Luckily it all went as planned in the contractually done part, perhaps in a way that may have been to see, a start, a delay. For a time where where --- we: representative, we could follow not only the factory deadline but rounding in overall the goals. Since the product started would come with their deadline! Thanks on hand for your understanding and sorry for the time but the standard at the excellent level! grateful in constructive criticism ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei a vista em dezembro 2015 por 2 toldos, que foram instalados em janeiro. Porém 1 deles com emendas grotescas no bando, e outro que simplesmente contém ao menos 3 erros de projeto. O suposto responsável, Sr João Carlos, nunca mais atendeu telefonemas ou retornou ligações à loja. Prometeu uma solução é até hoje, quase 2 MESES depois, estou esperando retorno e NADA. Hoje, grávida de 9 meses, não posso mais esperar e farei o possível para reaver meu dinheiro e para que ninguém mais faça a besteira de fechar negócio com esta empresa... Grande erro pagar a vista!
I paid the view in December 2015 for 2 awnings, which were installed in January. But one of them with grotesque seams in the pack, and one that simply contains at least 3 design errors. The alleged responsible, Mr. João Carlos, never answered phone calls or returned calls to the store. Promised a solution is until today, almost 2 MONTHS later, I'm waiting for return and NOTHING. Today, 9 months pregnant, I can no longer wait and I will do my best to get my money back and no one else do the nonsense of closing deal with this company ... Big mistake pay the sight!
