★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma PÉSSIMA experiência com a empresa. Fiz a compra de duas bicicletas pelo site da netshoes e tive vários problemas: a cor de uma veio errada; vieram peças faltando; veio peça com defeito, além de ter demorado 30 dias para chegar. Dei nota 1, pois não tem como dar nota 0.
I had a Lousy experience with the company. I bought two bicycles on the netshoes website and had several problems: the color of the wrong one; missing pieces came; it came with a defective part, and it took 30 days to arrive. I rated it 1, because there is no way to grade 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência com esse empresa é a pior possível. Não indicarei a ninguém, pois vou passar vergonha. Não cumprem o que eles oferecem. O mínimo é dar uma satisfação para o cliente, já deveriam ter tirado do MercadoLivre. Vou no Reclame aqui. Nunca mais faço uma compra nessa loja.
My experience with this company is the worst possible. I will not recommend it to anyone, as I will be embarrassed. They don't live up to what they offer. The minimum is to satisfy the customer, they should have already taken it from MercadoLibre. I'm going to Complain here. I never make a purchase at this store again.
