★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha uma ótima referência da empresa até solicitar uma locação de uma impressora deles para minha empresa . A primeira impressora no dia que foi instalada funcionou normal, depois parou de funcionar ,os técnicos vieram ate a minha loja e trocaram o equipamento por outro e continuou o mesmo problema, o técnico veio ate a loja e não conseguiu resolver e nem descobrir o que estava acontecendo, o mesmo informou que provavelmente o problema seria no meu moldem mais não poderia dar certeza, trocamos o moldem e continuou com o mesmo problema, solicitei a retirada da máquina deles ,pois estava pagando por algo que não funcionava, mandei um e-mail para o financeiro da empresa e eles me responderam com a seguinte mensagem: *Não há interesse também da nossa parte em continuarmos a atendê-los, pois a empresa contratante não dispõe de uma boa infraestrutura de rede para receber o equipamento. Engraçado ,contratei uma outra empresa que me forneceu uma impressora que funciona perfeitamente ,isso mostra que o problema não era na minha rede e sim na impressora deles. NÃO INDICO A EMPRESA PARA MAIS NINGUÉM.
I had a great reference from the company until I requested a printer lease from them for my company. The first printer on the day it was installed worked normally, then it stopped working, the technicians came to my store and changed the equipment for another one and the same problem continued, the technician came to the store and could not solve it or find out what was happening, the same said that probably the problem would be in my mold but I couldn't be sure, we changed the mold and it continued with the same problem, I requested the removal of their machine, because I was paying for something that didn't work, I sent an e-mail I emailed the company's finance department and they replied with the following message: *There is also no interest on our part in continuing to serve you, as the contracting company does not have a good network infrastructure to receive the equipment. Funny, I hired another company that provided me with a printer that works perfectly, this shows that the problem was not in my network, but in their printer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO ANYONE ELSE.
