★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De um modo geral, é um bom salão, mas, nas duas últimas experiências que tive, não fiquei satisfeita com o corte de cabelo, pois pedi para cortá-lo com um leve repicado, porém, na verdade, ficou um corte praticamente reto... Acredito que falta um pouco mais de atenção por parte de alguns funcionários. Cheguei a mostrar fotos de uma revista para que a profissional tivesse uma noção do estilo de corte que eu esperava, mas não adiantou. Além disso, quando a profissional já estava finalizando a minha escova, pediu licença e foi realizar uma hidratação no cabelo de uma colega de trabalho. Isso ocorreu no dia 28/12/2019 às 18h30min aproximadamente. Fiquei extremamente chateada, pois apesar de aparentar tranquilidade, eu tinha muitas coisas para resolver, pois viajaria no dia seguinte para Luxembourgo, na Europa.

I believe that some employees lack a little more attention. I even showed photos from a magazine so that the professional had a sense of the style of cut I expected, but it was no use. In addition, when the professional was already finishing my brush, she excused herself and went to moisturize the hair of a co-worker. This occurred on 12/28/2019 at 6:30 pm approximately. I was extremely upset, because despite appearing calm, I had many things to solve, as I would travel the next day to Luxembourgo, in Europe.

A manicure pintou 3 vezes um pé e 2 vezes o outro, notei a diferença quando cheguei em casa.
Liguei no salão para reclamar e disseram:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar confortavel e bonito, profissionais bons e simpaticos, preço alto, mas nao mais que o justo, se tratando da lacalizaçao, ambiente, profissionais e produtos, meu unico problema foi que a cabelereira fez mais procedimento que o combinado sem avisar, falei que nao gostei, nao estava disposta a pagar por eles, entao me deram um bom desconto, ainda assim nao queria, e espero que nao aconteça novamente.
Comfortable and beautiful place, good and friendly professionals, high price, but not more than fair, when it comes to the lacalization, environment, professionals and products, my only problem was that the hairdresser did more procedures than agreed without warning, I said no I liked it, I wasn't willing to pay for them, so they gave me a good discount, I still didn't want to, and I hope it doesn't happen again.

O espaço é grande, limpo e aconchegante. Tem vaga de estacionamento na frente do espaço.
