★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pavoroso! Ficaram uma semana me enrolando pra me dizer que não conseguiam atender uma solicitação de impressão super simples. Não atendem ligações, não respondem mensagens. Não enviam orçamentos. Não fazem testes/provas de impressão. Um verdadeiro pesadelo. Nunca fui tão mal atendida por um estabelecimento. Pessoas despreparadas, sem a menos condição de atenderem nem as menores solicitações.
Terrible service! They spent a week dragging me around to tell me they couldn't handle a super simple print request. They don't answer calls, don't respond to messages. They do not send quotes. They don't do tests/print proofs. A real nightmare. I have never been treated so poorly by an establishment. Unprepared people, without the least condition to meet even the smallest requests.
