★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao local para a troca do pino de fixação da roda dianteira da bicicleta do meu filho. Após um ótimo atendimento inicial o pessoal da loja me instruiu a levar a roda para que fosse verificada a possibilidade da troca. Mais tarde no mesmo dia levei a roda e o técnico me explicou exatamente o porque não seria possível efetuar a troca do pino, poderiam simplesmente trocar para vender, colocando em risco a segurança do meu filho. São atitudes como essa que fidelizam um cliente. Não fiz esse serviço, mas se precisar de qualquer coisa em relação a bicicletas vou diretamente aqui, além de indicar para todos os amigos.

Later that same day I took the wheel and the technician explained to me exactly why it would not be possible to change the pin, they could just exchange it to sell, putting my son's safety at risk. It is attitudes like this that build customer loyalty. I did not do this service, but if you need anything regarding bicycles, I will go directly here, in addition to recommending it to all friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de parabenizar toda a equipe e principalmente o Nilo, se conhece uma empresa quando temos algum tipo de problema, tive total suporte, o problema foi em um rolo interativo adquirido, liguei para o Nilo enviei um vídeo com defeito apresentado, rapidamente pediu para eu levar a loja!! Em uma semana foi resolvido o problema e voltei a treinar !! Parabéns a toda equipe Visual Bike !!!
I would like to congratulate the whole team and especially the Nile, if you know a company when we have some kind of problem, I had full support, the problem was with an acquired interactive roll, I called Nilo and sent a defective video presented, quickly asked me take the store !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja é maravilhosa. Muita variedade entre MTB e Bike Road. Comprei uma MTB em dezembro de 2020. Vendedor Arthur sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. Quando precisei de uma manutenção me atendeu de imediato. Loja muito bem equipada com peças e acessórios tbm. Quanto ao preço, estamos falando de uma loja localizada num bairro bom, e de uma marca que é referência em bikes, portanto acho que os preços condizem.
Store is wonderful. Lots of variety between MTB and Bike Road. I bought a MTB in December 2020. Seller Arthur always very attentive and helpful. When I needed maintenance, he answered me immediately. Shop very well equipped with parts and accessories. As for the price, we are talking about a store located in a good neighborhood, and a brand that is a reference in bikes, so I think the prices match.

Deixei para fazer uma revisao completa falaram que a bike ficaria pronto na quinta feira de manha, liguei na quinta feira e falaram que iam me ligar assim que estivesse pronta, porem nao houve ligacao. Falaram que o contato era todo por email mas nao recebi nenhum email de status da manutencao. Na sexta feira liguei para buscar a bike e estava pronta. Fui buscar e apenas me entregaram mesmo a bike. Revisei sozinho se tava tudo certo e tinha ficado bom, o trabalho esta bom a bike ficou legal, mas o atendimento eu esperava um pouco mais
Service ok. I left to do a complete review they said the bike would be ready on Thursday morning, I called on Thursday and they said they would call me as soon as it was ready, but there was no connection. They said that the contact was all by email but I didn't receive any maintenance status emails. On Friday I called to get the bike and it was ready. I went to get it and just handed me the bike. I checked on my own if everything was ok and it was good, the work is good the bike was cool, but the service I expected a little more

Parei na porta o carro, a loja estava recebendo material, mesmo assim, recebi atenção. Podem ir tranquilos na Visual Bike.
