★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei a usar uma bike velha recentemente para trabalhar e não entendo nada de bikes. Fui a loja e o Leo me ensinou varias coisas e me recomendou uma manutenção. Desde o começo foi super atencioso e honesto. Me disse que não haveria necessidade de descartar a minha velha, e quando fui buscar a bike, me disse que não houve necessidade de fazer um dos itens previamente orçados, por que não precisava.
Me ajudou a economizar com o que eu não precisava, não se aproveitou da minha falta de conhecimento para cobrar um monte de serviços desnecessarios e me recomedou retornar daqui 6 meses para outra manutenção.
Senti muita confiança pela loja e seus representantes. Com certeza voltarei e indicarei o lugar para todos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a revisão da minha Caloi 500 na loja, e fui atendido pelo Anderson. Ele fez milagres na minha bike! Fiquei muito satisfeito com o resultado. A bike parece nova! Atendimento de primeira, realizaram o serviço bem antes do prazo estipulado (ficaria pronta no sábado, mas quinta de manhã já me ligaram falando que tava pronta). Gostei muito e recomendo!
I reviewed my Caloi 500 in the store, and was taken care of by Anderson. He did miracles on my bike! I was very pleased with the result. The bike looks brand new! Attendance first, they performed the service well before the deadline (it would be ready on Saturday, but Thursday morning they called me saying it was ready). Enjoyed it and highly recommend it!

Desde o momento da compra da bicicleta até às várias vezes que voltei lá para tirar dúvidas ou levar minha bike para revisão e/ou manutenção.
Sem falar na bicleta elétrica que comprei, uma Sense Start retrô super legal, que me deixou bem satisfeito.
E também não achei preço menor que lá!! E pesquisei em vários lugares.
Super indico a E-Bike Store para todos, valeu bem a pena.

Léo, Bruno, Anderson, Valdemar, Juliano, all very good people, always super attentive and understanding of my needs as a store customer! From the moment I bought the bike to the many times I went back there to ask questions or take my bike for overhaul and / or maintenance.
Not to mention the electric bike I bought, a super cool retro Sense Start, which left me very satisfied.
I also didn't find a lower price than there !! And I searched in several places.
I recommend the E-Bike Store to everyone, it was well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender são super bacanas... Mas o pós venda é terrível. Fui levar minha bicicleta para a manutenção, marquei horário, falei por telefone os problemas q ela tinha e eles falaram q resolvia-me. Sai de casa gastei com transporte. Ao chegar o mecânico com preguiça de trabalhar, ninguém atende vc na loja e ainda faz uma manutenção simples e cobra 90,00 reais... Fiquei extremamente chateado pois no telefone fala uma coisa, na hora é outra e nem resolve o problema. O mecânico alegou q no sábado a loja bomba de clientes... Como falei na hora de vender é show na hora de dá a assistência é nota zero... Boa sorte para quem vai para lá.

Pós um ano que comprei a bike sence modelo 2017 dobrável concluir que:
- não é uma bike para quem pedala muito... recomendo como passeio e olhe lá.
- depois de alguns mal entendido a loja Ebikestore resolveu meus problemas. Melhoraram muito seu atendimento com o cliente e a proatividade em resolver os problemas com a assistência da sence.
Em resumo, acredito que a loja faz um trabalho bom. O problema maior é a qualidade do material e a garantia da marca sence.

After a year I bought the bike sence 2017 folding model conclude that:
- It is not a bike for those who pedal a lot ... I recommend as a ride and look there.
- After some misunderstanding the Ebikestore store solved my problems. They have greatly improved their customer service and proactivity in solving problems with sence's assistance.
In short, I believe the store does a good job. The biggest problem is the quality of the material and the sence brand warranty.
