★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei porque contam com o serviço de wpp, pois demoram muito pra responder e quando respondem dizem: fazemos esse serviço na hora, venha até nós! Sendo que se é pra ir até la, pra que tem atendimento via wpp e entregador? não faz sentido! Uma outra vez não conseguindo tb o atendimento via wpp, fui até la e a gráfica tava realizando somente 1 atendimento enquanto outras funcionárias estavam sentadas (não sei pq nao responderam o wpp) e só assim consegui imprimir a arte! Em outra ocasião tb imprimi uma arte tamanho A1 e depois quando fui pedir novamente o serviço num tamanho menor (A2), disseram q não faziam maior que A3 com o papel que pedi, sendo que ja haviam feito antes até maior rs um descaso! Segui até então usando a gráfica por ser relativamente próxima a minha casa, mas não recomendo e não utilizarei mais os serviços deles!
I don't know why they have the wpp service, as they take a long time to respond and when they respond they say: we do this service right away, come to us! Since if you want to go there, why do you have service via wpp and delivery service? does not make sense! Another time not getting the service via wpp tb, I went there and the printer was doing only 1 service while other employees were sitting (I don't know why they didn't answer the wpp) and that's the only way I was able to print the art! On another occasion I also printed an A1 size art and then when I asked again for the service in a smaller size (A2), they said they didn't make it larger than A3 with the paper I asked for, and they had already done it before, even bigger, lol! So far I've been using the printer because it's relatively close to my house, but I don't recommend it and I won't use their services anymore!
