★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Alugo um apartamento pela imobiliária. Desde a visita até o momento do aluguel, Thiago que é o corretor que me atende, foi super solicito. Após o aluguel todos os boletos vieram errados, surgiram uma série de problemas que a imobiliária não procurou resolver. Só após a mudança fomos informados que o apartamento possuía infiltrações que ainda não foram resolvidas.
Sem falar nos valor que quando alugamos o corretor passou uma coisa e agora são cobrados outros. SUPER INSATISFEITA COM O SERVIÇO, NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM ALUGAR POR ESTA IMOBILIÁRIA. DOR DE CABEÇA NA CERTA!
 Terrible attendance. I rent an apartment through the real estate agency. From the visit to the time of the rental, Thiago, who is the broker who attends me, was super solicited. After the rent, all the slips came wrong, a series of problems arose that the real estate company did not try to solve. Only after the move were we informed that the apartment had infiltrations that have not yet been resolved.
Not to mention the value that when we rented the broker one thing passed and now others are charged. SUPER DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, I DO NOT INDICATE ANYONE TO RENT FOR THIS REAL ESTATE. RIGHT HEADACHE!

Infelizmente o imóvel que eu buscava já havia sido alugado, mas a atendente Telma fez de tudo para que eu encontrasse outro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devia ter confiado no depoimento da "Carolina Viana", a Vital é péssima... deixaram pra entregar nosso contrato "oficial" 3 dias antes da nossa mudança. Pedimos pra ligar a luz com 15 dias de antecedência e não fizeram...ficamos no escuro por 3 dias. Depois vieram as pegadinhas: o período de carência q pedimos (imóvel estava sem luz e sem nenhum armário) FOI COBRADO. As vagas de garagem que diziam ser cobertas NÃO eram. FUJA DESTA EMPRESA!!!!
I should have trusted the testimony of "Carolina Viana", Vital is terrible ... they left to deliver our "official" contract 3 days before our move. We asked to turn on the light 15 days in advance and they didn't ... we were in the dark for 3 days. Then came the pranks: the grace period we asked for (property was without light and without a cupboard) WAS CHARGED. The parking spaces that were said to be covered were NOT. ESCAPE THIS COMPANY !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma visita em um imóvel e me mandaram para outro. Voltei na imobiliária e não dava mais para fazer visitas devido ao horário. Voltei outro dia para visitar outros imóveis e as chaves não estavam na imobiliária. Me indicaram outra imobiliária parceira pq o mesmo tem a chave do imóvel. Dias depois que consegui agendar a visita os imóveis foram alugados. Me fazendo perder tempo e dinheiro. Sem contar que perdi a oportunidade de alugar o imóvel que queria.e a imobiliária Vital sequer entrou em contato para saber se tinha conseguido visitar os imóveis. Péssimo atendimento, e ainda fingem de bobo mostrando outro imóvel que não é o que vc quer e fazendo visitá-lo.
I scheduled a visit to one property and they sent me to another. I went back to the real estate agency and I couldn't make visits anymore due to the schedule. I returned the other day to visit other properties and the keys were not at the real estate agency. They referred me to another real estate partner because he has the key to the property. Days after I managed to schedule the visit, the properties were rented. Making me waste time and money. Not to mention that I lost the opportunity to rent the property I wanted. Poor service, and still pretend to be a fool showing another property that is not what you want and making you visit it.
