★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da Vital é dos piores que já vi. Quando precisei de reformas numa porta e no banheiro, tive que insistir por vários meses até conseguir demonstrar a necessidade de reparos. Vários meses! Uma das portas não abria e a descarga do banheiro não funcionava. Para a Vital, isso tudo é normal. Para mim, um transtorno.
A Vital também tem um modo de abordar seus clientes que é bastante peculiar: ela sempre pressupõe que estamos mentindo, que somos desonestos. Por várias vezes tive que recorrer às conversas antigas no aplicativo de mensagens para provar o que havia sido acordado. Sem falar das várias vezes que tive que falar a mesma coisa, como se eu fosse atendido por alguém com uma memória de apenas 30 segundos de duração. Gerando mais atrasos... Mais transtornos.
Não sei qual o critério que ela usa para lidar com seus clientes, pois aparentemente algumas pessoas gostaram do serviço. Eu, pro meu azar, fiquei no grupo dos humilhados.
Pela minha experiência eu jamais recomendaria qualquer negócio com essa imobiliária.
Vital's service is one of the worst I've ever seen. When I needed to renovate a door and the bathroom, I had to insist for several months until I could demonstrate the need for repairs. Several months! One of the doors wouldn't open and the toilet flush didn't work. For Vital, this is all normal. For me, a disorder.
Vital also has a very peculiar way of approaching its customers: it always assumes that we are lying, that we are dishonest. Several times I had to resort to old conversations in the messaging app to prove what had been agreed. Not to mention the many times I had to say the same thing, as if I were being attended by someone with a memory of only 30 seconds in duration. Generating more delays ... More inconvenience.
I don't know what criteria she uses to deal with her customers, as apparently some people liked the service. I, for my bad luck, stayed in the group of the humiliated.
In my experience I would never recommend any business with this real estate company.
