★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após confirmarem por telefone que tinham vacina quintupla felina, eu agendei um horário para a aplicação e compareci no estabelecimento na hora agendada. Por pouco não aplicaram a vacina errada (a quadrupla). E ainda informaram que teria que solicitar a vacina quintupla porque não tinham. Faltou preparo e atenção de todos nesta clínica.
After confirming by phone that they had feline quintuple vaccine, I scheduled a time for the application and showed up at the facility at the scheduled time. They almost didn't apply the wrong vaccine (the quadruple). And they also informed that they would have to request the five-fold vaccine because they didn't have it. There was a lack of preparation and attention from everyone in this clinic.

Meu cachorro um shitizu e muito agitado e era a primeira tosa a moça ficou por 3 horas para fazer banho tosa, e em nenhum momento perdeu a linha oi reclamou.
Parabéns pelo trabalho de vocês.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, mas no telefone me disseram um valor e depois quando fui pagar acrescentaram 5 reais a mais, só não disse nada pq estava com pressa na hora e fiz o pagamento no cartão de crédito.
The service is good, but on the phone they told me a value and then when I went to pay they added 5 reais more, I just didn't say anything because I was in a hurry at the time and made the payment on my credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu poderia ficar horas e horas indicando os profissionais daqui e não seria exagero. Minha única tristeza é por nao ter conhecido a clinica antes.
Recomendo de olhos fechados. Levei meu cachorro de 14 anos desesperada pois ele já estava partindo dessa, a clínica já estava quase fechando e mesmo assim atenderam minha ligação e me aguardaram chegar, a dra e seu esposo fizeram o possível e o impossível e trouxeram meu cachorrinho de volta. É nítido que amam o que fazem, demonstram sempre muita preocupação e atenção.
Gratidão demais por conhecer a clínica e por terem salvo o Snoop. Em especial a Dra Elaine, seu esposo e a Dra Tassia sempre ótimos conosco.
I could spend hours and hours referring the professionals here and it wouldn't be an exaggeration. My only regret is that I didn't know the clinic sooner.
I recommend with eyes closed. I took my 14-year-old dog desperate because he was already leaving, the clinic was almost closing and even so they answered my call and waited for me to arrive, the dr and her husband did the possible and the impossible and brought my puppy back. It is clear that they love what they do, they always show a lot of concern and attention.
So grateful for knowing the clinic and for saving Snoop. Especially Dr Elaine, her husband and Dr Tassia always great with us.
