★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência que tive em minha vida. Fui mau atendida, forçada a pagar em dinheiro, havendo a opção de pagar no cartão. E isso não foi o pior...Os espelhos que comprei quebraram todos. Pediram que deixassem as portas dos armários que eles colavam. Após dois dias começaram a trincar, quando o marceneiro me mostrou haviam três PINGOS ISSO MESMO, PINGOS DE COLA segurando um espelho pesado de mais de 2 metros presos na porta. Não quiseram restituir. Graças a Deus que tive amigos nessa hora. Ganhei os espelhos do meu marceneiro que dessa vez ele mesmo colou e até agora com várias mudanças de temperatura continua firme. Quanto aos donos da loja apenas lamento...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIOR ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE QUE JÁ VI - na hora de fazer o orçamento eles são rápidos e dizem que entregam em 10 dias, mas quando chega o prazo ficam "enrolando" a entrega sem explicação alguma, dizendo apenas que "avisam quando chegar".
É um absurdo esse tipo de atitude!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN - when it comes to making a quote, they are quick and say they deliver in 10 days, but when the deadline comes, they keep "rolling up" the delivery without any explanation, saying only that "they let you know when it arrives".
That kind of attitude is absurd!
