★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Atendimento ruim. Com muito sofrer instalaram meu rodapé com um vão embaixo. Após solicitar que fizessem o trabalho de forma completa, marcaram duas vezes e não apareceram. O mesmo ocorreu quando da instalação mal feita do rodapé, marcaram e não foram. Demoram uma semana ou mais para responder. Fazem um orçamento e depois duplicam quando chega na hora para fazerem o serviço, sem que tenham feito qualquer alarde anterior. Enfim... sofrimento
Horrible. Bad service. With much suffering they installed my footer with a gap below. After asking them to do the job completely, they scored twice and didn't show up. The same thing happened when the footer was badly installed, they marked and were not. It takes a week or so to respond. They make a budget and then double when it comes time to do the job without any previous fuss. Anyway ... suffering

They don't meet the deadline, the floor isn't well installed, they don't give back and they don't finish the job. I do not recommend.

Comprei um tapete de R$11.000.00 e entregaram em péssimas condições (conforme fotos). Gerente Renner trata de forma burocrática um problema que foi causado pela loja e, especialmente no tocante a devolução do valor do dinheiro, já que não consegue resolver e entregar o tapete com condições de uso conforme prometido no momento da compra.
LAST experience with the store. Avoid headache
I bought a carpet of R $ 11,000.00 and it was delivered in very bad condition (according to photos). Manager Renner deals in a bureaucratic way with a problem that was caused by the store and, especially regarding the return of the money value, since he is unable to resolve and deliver the carpet with conditions of use as promised at the time of purchase.
