★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparentemente, bom, bem localizado, entre barra, Jacarepaguá e Recreio, mas tenho minhas dúvidas em relação ao terreno em que foram construídos os prédios, a área e de mangue, nao sou engenheiro, mas temos a Vila do Pan que foi construído em terreno igual e o mesmo estar afundando, as autoridades so estar esperando uma tragédia, para poder tomar uma providência.
 Apparently good, well located, between Barra, Jacarepaguá and Recreio, but I have my doubts about the land on which the buildings were built, the area and mangrove, I'm not an engineer, but we have Vila do Pan which was built on land the same and the same is sinking, the authorities are just waiting for a tragedy, to be able to take action.
