Where: Vivano Grill, Sao Caetano
What: An all you can eat Brazilian bbq
How was it: Nice place, great service and great food. If you enjoy Brazilian bbq but don't feel like paying the price at Fogo de Chao, this place is the runner up. It's practically the same, but the price is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At least on the day I went, the food wasn't that great. It should be a criminal offense in Brazil to serve tough picanha! Add to that mushy asparagus, weird tasting hommus, and some limp looking salads. The food just doesn't justify a second visit.
On the plus side the service is excellent, the double-napped tables are comfortable, and there's valet parking plus a kids space. Apart from that though there's not that much else to recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good Service and food. Meat is great (specially the lamb) and the salad bar... amazing. There is a space for kids, vallet service and a pleasant environment. They don't take reservation and it is typically crowded on Sundays for lunch. Get there by noon to save you the trouble of waiting. Or, after 3 PM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! We had a fairly large party and arrived early. We had a few drinks (they pour a strong drink!) while the salad bar was prepared. The salad bar was phenomenal. Plenty of traditional items along with some Mediterranean items. Everything was fresh. I had lamb chops for dinner and they were perfectly cooked to a medium rare and seasoned just right. Others had T-bone steak, which was a generous cut and cooked just right for each guest. We had several sides and heart of palm prepared table side. Service was friendly and efficient.

Everything is free (and it just keeps on coming), all you pay for are your drinks and dessert.
Really worth it.
The staff are excellent and friendly, even with the language barrier.
