Faltou um item no prato solicitado, perguntamos o que poderia substituir e a resposta foi que não havia nada que pudesse ser feito, nem abatimento no valor. Ainda assim ficamos e fizemos nosso pedido, éramos as únicas pessoas no estabelecimento e era evidente a falta de postura e interesse pra que pudéssemos nos sentir bem atendidos, diante do ocorrido.
Good food, barbecue very ok. But a bad service today, previously the service was good. Today it was just a relax with the client, attendants totally without interest in serving us well.
There was an item missing from the requested dish, we asked what it could replace and the answer was that there was nothing that could be done, nor an abatement in the amount. Still, we stayed and placed our order, we were the only people in the establishment and it was evident the lack of posture and interest so that we could feel well attended to, in the face of what had happened.

Uma hora falta arroz, outra falta feijão e no último mês não sei qual horário do almoço que servem mas até meio dia e meio já realizei 5 tentativas e não consigo comprar nada, e no Whatsapp indicado no totem não se tem respostas. Uma pena.
