★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei as minhas joias para conserto e não fui atendida, pelo simples fato deles não estarem com a impressora funcionando para gerar garantia ou troca. Pegaram meu telefone para informar quando retornarem , porém para fazer venda estão conseguindo!
Para vender tem jeito, para arrumar não?!
I took my jewelry for repair and I was not taken care of, simply because they did not have the printer working to generate warranty or exchange. They took my phone to inform when they return, but to make a sale they are doing it!
Is there any way to sell, to fix it ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amo os produtos, Não tenho o que reclamar do atendimento das meninas do quiosque, porém tenho uma reclamação bem grande a ser feita da funcionária Viviane, cheguei com um defeito em um berloque e ela me tratou com descaso, deboche e ignorância, nem tentando revolucionar o meu problema. Sai totalmente insatisfeita do estabelecimento e ainda assim com o problema! Estou decepcionada com este atendimento péssimo

Voltaria a comprar com toda certeza.
Excellent store, with varieties of quality products, excellent service, great brands, in fact the best, imported products, great to give away, to give as a gift, the store that is in the Plaza São Bernardo do Campo shopping mall, for me is one of best, attendant always giving you attention showing options. I would definitely buy again.

Entrei, passaram uma moça na minha frente, (deve ter sido pela aparência dela, mais chique e bem vestida, talvez)!
Fui muito mal atendida, e não foi a primeira vez!!! Fizeram pouco caso de mim, pedi para embalarem meu produto pra presente, e mal fecharam a sacola!!!
HORRÍVEL!! PÉSSIMA experiência, de novo!!!
Essa loja do shopping ABC, têm vendedoras que escolhem o tipo de cliente que querem atender!

I was very poorly attended, and it was not the first time!!! They ignored me, I asked them to pack my product for a gift, and they barely closed the bag!!!
HORRIBLE!! TERRIBLE experience, again!!!
This ABC mall store has salesgirls who choose the type of customer they want to serve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me senti super constrangida quando fui impedida de entrar na loja da Vivara do Shopping ABC em plena véspera de dia das mães alegando ter fila de espera...sendo que a loja estava vazia nem fila tinha....somente com algumas pessoas dentro... absurdo!!!!pena que não dá para deixar sem estrelas...
I felt super embarrassed when I was prevented from entering Vivara's store at Shopping ABC on the eve of Mother's Day, alleging that there was a queue...and the store was empty and there was no queue....with only a few people inside. ..absurd!!!!too bad you can't leave without stars...
