★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Minha esposa deixou o relógio pra trocar uma bateria e informaram que mandariam pra verificar se havia algum outro problema. Vários dias depois informaram que o malote com o relógio foi roubado solicitaram um novo relógio do mesmo modelo. Vários dias depois falaram que o relógio novo chegou e foi devolvido para outro estado, mas ninguém me ligou pra avisar que o mesmo havia chegado na loja. Misteriosamente, fomos a loja reclamar e apareceram com um relógio arranhado e sujo e alegando que era o relógio que pertencia a minha esposa; relógio este que informaram ter sido roubado dias atrás. Até hoje minha esposa está sem o relógio novo. Sem solução até o momento. Gerente não posiciona. Descaso total com o cliente.
Poor service. My wife left her watch to change a battery and said they would check to see if there were any other problems. Several days later they reported that the pouch with the watch was stolen they requested a new watch of the same model. Several days later they said that the new watch arrived and was returned to another state, but no one called to tell me that it had arrived at the store. Mysteriously, we went to the store complaining and came up with a scratchy and dirty watch and claiming it was the watch that belonged to my wife; This clock was reported to have been stolen days ago. To this day my wife is without the new watch. No solution so far. Manager does not position. Total lack with the client.
