★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi cordial e atencioso, porém demorou um pouco. Verdade seja dita que a loja estava um pouco cheia, mas pecam em não ter um cuidado com informações ao cliente para que ele tenha alguma previsibilidade sobre seu atendimento. A sensação por vezes é que te esqueceram.
No mais a loja não difere em qualidade e ofertas quando comparada a outras unidades da rede, a exemplo da unidade do shopping Plaza em Casa Forte.
The service was cordial and attentive, but took a while. Truth be told, the store was a bit crowded, but they don't care about customer information so that they have some predictability about their service. The feeling sometimes is that they forgot you.
Moreover, the store does not differ in quality and offerings when compared to other units of the chain, such as the Plaza shopping unit in Casa Forte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento interno foi muito bom, mas demorou muito para eu ser atendido. A demora foi tanta que parecia fila de posto do INSS. Posteriormente precisei ir novamente na loja para resolver uma questão relativa ao produto adquirido e novamente demorei mais de 15 minutos apenas para falar com uma atendente. Entendi que esse ritmo não condiz com o diferencial que a marca vivara tenta passar.
Ps. A loja também não atende telefone telefone.
The internal service was very good, but it took a long time for me to be attended to. The delay was so long that it seemed like a queue at an INSS post. Later I needed to go to the store again to resolve a question regarding the product purchased and again it took me more than 15 minutes just to talk to an attendant. I understood that this pace does not match the differential that the vivara brand is trying to put across.
Ps. The store also does not answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento da Vivara do Shopping RioMar. Atendimento cortês e de boa qualidade. Na ocasião comprei algo que "não existia", por esse motivo, tive que esperar um tempo acima do usual para finalizar o pagamento enquanto a atendente realizava os procedimentos internos de atualização dos dados no sistema para que a peça que eu havia comprado "aparecesse". Coisas de sistema... A peça estava em nossas mãos, mas não constava no sistema da loja... Enfim, desconsiderando essa eventualidade, parabéns pela recepção e atendimento.
