Comprei um relógio náutica e levei para trocar a bateria.
A vendedora mandou para assistência técnica.
Falou que a bateria estava Boa.
Agora fui usar o relógio e está parado.
Não gasto mais 1 real na loja do center norte.

Medem a gente como se fossem os funcionários mais ricos do mundo, depois de PÉSSIMA vontade em me atender, comprei mais de 1000 reais em berloques e pra inicio a menina me deu apenas 1 cx pra colocar os pendentes, tive que perguntar : se comprasse somente 1 vc colocaria na caixinha? Ela disse que sim ,aí pedi então por favor colocasse caixinha para todos(pois ela não sabia se ia dar vários presentes). Não me deram NENHUM CERTIFICADO DE GARANTIA, e infelizmente não me dei conta pra pedir.
Pois bem, 3 meses depois ganhei um berloque de aniversário e como já tinha, fui até a loja trocar, com o berloque na caixinha, com sacola, tudo certinho. Como já sabia do PÉSSIMO atendimento, primeiro escolhi o berloque que queria e quando fui acertar o valor falei que era troca, peguei da bolsa e ai o problema, inventaram mil motivos e NÃO realizaram a troca. Primeiro pediram NF, eu disse que era presente e que infelizmente não tinha a nota, depois quiseram o certificado de garantia (aquele que eles não dão, como relatei aqui no início desse post) aí falei que não veio no presente que foi comprado pela Internet por minha amiga, me fizeram passar vergonha e simplesmente me ignoraram, guardando as peças que tinha escolhido. Agora vou ao Procon pois pra mim também não deram o certificado, por isso sei que minha amiga não está mentindo, liguei pra pessoa que me presenteou e ela disse que infelizmente também foi maltratada nesse lugar, por isso comprou pela Internet!.

My experience in this store was TERRIBLE of the 3 times I had the displeasure to go there!!
They measure us as if we were the richest employees in the world, after the TERRIBLE desire to serve me, I bought more than 1000 reais in trinkets and at first the girl only gave me 1 box to put the pendants on, I had to ask: if I only bought 1 would you put in the box? She said yes, so I asked, so please put a box for everyone (because she didn't know if she was going to give several presents). They didn't give me ANY WARRANTY CERTIFICATE, and unfortunately I didn't realize to ask.
Well, 3 months later I got a trinket for my birthday and as I already had, I went to the store to change it, with the trinket in the box, with a bag, everything just right. As I already knew about the TERRIBLE service, I first chose the charm I wanted and when I went to set the value I said it was an exchange, I took it from the bag and then there was the problem, they invented a thousand reasons and did NOT carry out the exchange. First they asked for NF, I said it was a gift and unfortunately I didn't have the note, then they wanted the warranty certificate (the one they don't give, as I reported here at the beginning of this post) then I said it didn't come in the gift that was purchased over the Internet for my friend, they made me feel ashamed and simply ignored me, putting away the pieces I had chosen. Now I go to Procon because they didn't give me the certificate either, so I know my friend isn't lying, I called the person who gave it to me and she said that unfortunately she was also mistreated there, so I bought it online!.
Regrettable this bunch of arrogant people!!!

Os do AliExpress são mais bem feitos e custam 25 reais .
China ring of TERRIBLE workmanship for 210.00. it gets dangerous because the burrs are so sharp.
AliExpress ones are better made and cost 25 reais.
