At Christmas 2021 I got a beautiful Vivara bracelet that I love. Today passing in front, I went in just to see a ring in the window and was attended by the very kind saleswoman Rose. Congratulations I will certainly be back, not to mention that the store is a charm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo em questão da política de troca (máximo 2 vezes) e que sem dúvidas não está dentro do código de defesa do consumidor. Onde questionei com a vendedora e a própria não sabe me responder, efetuei a troca e ao pagar a diferença em um termo estava descrito que dentro de 7 días eu podia ter o valor ressarcido e o produto devolvido, mas como sempre eles não informam isso para ninguém pois a venda é muito mais importante que a consultoria! Péssimo!
I don't recommend it in terms of the exchange policy (maximum 2 times) and that without a doubt is not within the consumer protection code. Where I questioned the seller and she herself does not know how to answer me, I made the exchange and when paying the difference in a term it was described that within 7 days I could have the amount refunded and the product returned, but as always they do not inform nobody because the sale is much more important than the consultancy! Terrible!
