★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Deixei um charm pra conserto e depois de 20 dias ninguém me ligou pra avisar se estava pronto. Fui até lá ver e pra minha surpresa estava lá, mas sem conserto pois ñ tinha o esmalte pra arrumar. Um absurdo! Vendem o produto e não tem manutenção. Não irei mas nessa loja e não recomendo.
Terrible service! I left a charm to be fixed and after 20 days no one called me to let me know if it was ready. I went there to see it and to my surprise it was there, but without repair because I didn't have the nail polish to fix. Nonsense! They sell the product and are maintenance free. I won't go to this store but I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estiver ontem na pandora do shopping higienopolis 06-10-2017 para comprar um presente ao entrar com uma amiga percebi que já olhava com indiferenca como estamos vestidas ou se tinha dinheiro pra comprar fiz uma compra de 900,00 reais sair bem insatisfeita percebi que mal queria nos atender enfim a noite voltei para fazer uma troca de uma peça fui super mal atendida e a moça que atendeu mal queria mostrar as peças para trocar mostrou com cara feia e ainda não queria mostrar mostrou algumas oque quero falar e que vcs precisam treinar seus funcionários para um atendimento melhor como a pandora tem nome e não atender melhor quem está melhor vestido ou não ou colocar uma placa so entra classe a aqui poderia ter comprado mais nunca mais volto
yesterday at pandora shopping higienopolis 06-10-2017 to buy a gift when entering with a friend I realized that I was already looking indifferently at how we are dressed or if I had the money to buy I made a purchase of 900.00 reais leaving very dissatisfied I realized that badly I wanted to meet us, at last I went back to make a change of a piece I was super poorly served and the girl who answered badly wanted to show the pieces to change showed with an ugly face and still didn't want to show showed some what I want to talk about and what you need to train your employees for better service as pandora has a name and does not serve better who is better dressed or not or put a sign so enter class a here could have bought more never come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, mas como deixei para última hora a compra do Natal, tive que infelizmente comprar na loja do shopping Pateo Higienópolis...as vendedoras são péssimas não tem boa vontade, confundi o número do anel que eu uso com a concorrente a infeliz a atendente ou melhor balconista de última categoria , falou grosseiramente comigo impossível... mas com o tenho educação falei o número certo dai eu lembrei , com má vontade trouxe a bandeja do anel ..... Pandora Shopping Higienópolis nota zero .... vocês são horríveis... o dono tem que procurar um treinamento urgente para essas balconistas de quinta
Terrible service, but as I left the Christmas purchase until the last minute, I unfortunately had to buy it at the Pateo Higienópolis mall store... the sellers are terrible, they don't have good will, I confused the number of the ring I wear with the unfortunate competitor a attendant or best clerk of last category, spoke rudely to me impossible... but with the education I spoke the right number then I remembered, grudgingly brought the ring tray ..... Pandora Shopping Higienópolis grade zero .... you are horrible... the owner has to look for urgent training for these farm clerks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre sou recebida com a simpatia de alguma atendente... nas últimas vezes foi uma moça chamada Camila, tratou eu e minha irmã sem indiferença mesmo quando fui mal vestida hahaha tanto é que acabo comprando algo apenas para retribuir o bom posicionamento/comportamento como vendedora profissional e de caráter que ela tem. Testei esse tipo de serviço nas lojas da Pandora do Center Norte e Higienópolis... e acabo indo para o que é um pouco mais longe por conta desse atendimento dela.
I am always received with the sympathy of some attendant... the last few times it was a girl named Camila, she treated my sister and I with no indifference even when I was poorly dressed hahaha so much so that I end up buying something just to reciprocate the good positioning/behavior as a saleswoman professional and character that she has. I tested this type of service at Pandora's stores in Center Norte and Higienópolis... and I end up going a little further away because of her service.
