★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei na compra de um medicamento quem me atendeu no zap foi bem solicita mas um atendente na clínica n teve a mesma empatia talvez porq a receita era da ung e estava priorizando o atendimento da clínica tirando isso e 10 em todos os quisitos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho o que reclamar da competência do time clínico, mas manifesto a minha insatisfação com o atendimento da recepção. Atendentes frias, comunicação com ar de cinismo. Não devem trabalhar com pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade. E fica muito claro que o departamento mais importante ali é o financeiro. São mercenários. Usam a fragilidade que estamos para abusar da má fé... E pagamento pré pago, sem acordo, sem negociação, nem mesmo educação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital veterinário 24 h que fecha nunca tinha visto , quando fui a primeira vez com outra cachorra o atendimento é bom de mais , hoje precisei correr com uma Pit Bull que tomou picada de abelha e estava quase sem respiração chegando lá estava fechado , e não é a primeira vez que vejo fechado depois da meia noite , recomendo se for durante o dia mais se precisar de clínica 24 h em emergência esquece ... Melhor procurar outra clínica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra da ração veterinária do meu cachorro que é doente e precisava com urgência, a entrega mega atrasada era para ter chego na segunda dia 14/03, na segunda a noite quando vi que não chegou liguei e achei um descaso ser informada que apenas naquele dia tinha sido postada a ração sendo que era para estar chegando na minha casa
Hoje já é quarta dia 16/03, e ainda não chegou ou seja eles não estão nem um pouco preocupados com seus clientes.
Um absurdo. Péssimo atendimento.
Editando: falei com o Gabriel do ADM, que confirmou a postagem apenas na segunda, Dia 14/03 e que houve extravio no correio, p tentando entender o motivo.
Como não conseguimos nos entender para resolver, a opção foi a devolução do meu dinheiro que já ocorreu, porém quando ele viu que eu fiz essa reclamação, pois foi o canal que achei disse que iria acionar o jurídico, mas eu não me senti intimidada, pois não fiz nada errado ao meu ver, pois estou reclamando da compra e não dá veterinária.
