★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fiquei decepcionada... estive ontem as 15:20h no viveiro, portanto dentro do horário de atendimento e estava td fechado... liguei e ninguém atendeu. Hoje estou ligando desde cedo e ninguém atende :(
I was disappointed... I was at the nursery yesterday at 15:20h, so within the opening hours and it was all closed... I called and no one answered. Today I'm calling since early and no one answers :(

COMO ALGUNS OUTROS DEPARTAMENTOS DA PREFEITURA, NEM SEI POR QUE TEM TELEFONE POIS NUNCA ATENDEM. HÁ 4 DIAS DEPOIS DE 4 MESES VIERAM PODAR UM ENRME IPE ROXO DE MAIS DE 8 METROS D ALTURA E TIRARAM UMA ARVORE DA CALÇADA ALEUCENA E ASSEGURARAM QUE EM 3 DIAS VIRIAM REPLANTAR OUTRA QUE EU SOLICITASSE E ARRUMAREM A CALÇADA. ESTOU DESDE ENTÃO TENTANDO LIGAR NO TELEFONE DO VIVEIRO O MESMO FORNECIDO PELO 156 E ...NADA NADA NADA.....QUE ABSURDO

LIKE SOME OTHER DEPARTMENTS IN THE CITY HALL, I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY HAVE A PHONE BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER. 4 DAYS AGO AFTER 4 MONTHS THEY CAME TO PRUSH A HUGE PURPLE IPE OF MORE THAN 8 METERS IN HEIGHT AND TAKEN A TREE FROM THE ALEUCENA SIDEWALK AND GUARANTEED THAT IN 3 DAYS THEY WOULD REPLAN ANOTHER THAT I REQUESTED AND THEY WILL FIX THE SIDEWALK. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THE NURSERY'S PHONE SINCE THE SAME PROVIDED BY 156 AND ... NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING..... THAT'S ABSURD
