★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento super lento! Venho almoçar quase todos os dias aqui, e mesmo não tendo movimento algum na praça de alimentação, demora muito um prato de tilápia ficar pronto. Em torno de 20 a 30 minutos.
Super slow service! I come to lunch here almost every day, and even though there is no movement at the food court, it takes a long time for a tilapia dish to be ready. Around 20 to 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suco demorou horrores terminei d comer o suco não chegava, fui perguntar o suco estava pronto e não chamaram o número. Ou seja o comi a seco e quando o suco veio pq fui atrás estava quente.
Juice took horrors I finished eating the juice was not enough, I went to ask the juice was ready and they didn't call the number. In other words, I ate it dry and when the juice came because I went after it was hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje pedi uma porção de coxinhas de bacalhau uns 30 min. pra ficarem prontas ,vieram secas e detalhe não dão mais molhinho de acompanhamento(sempre deram),se quiser tem que pagar ,um absurdo,caiu a qualidade e não sabem tratar bem o cliente...Sempre ia ,vou deixar de ir,minha família tb.
Today I ordered a portion of coxinhas de bacalhau about 30 min. to be ready, they came dry and detail they don't give more sauce to accompany (they always did), if you want you have to pay, absurd, the quality has dropped and they don't know how to treat the customer well... family too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui almoçar agora à tarde no restaurante dessa rede no Shopping Capim Dourado aq em Palmas-TO e, pedi um strogonoff de camarão. Qdo o prato chegou me assustei com a pouca qtidade de arroz, se tivesse 1 colher era mto, espalharam no fundo do prato p enganar besta, deveria ser a raspa do tacho, e ficaram com preguiça de fazer mais, só pode ser. Vc vê a foto do prato com o arroz e se anima, tem até formato de meia lua, mas só na foto. A funcionária falou q é servido 200 gr. por prato, o meu deveria ter 50 gr, Como estava com mta fome resolvi comer assim mesmo, saí de lá passei e comprei uma pizza p terminar de almoçar. Pra completar pedi um suco de maracujá que nem gosto da fruta tinha, era água pura, não consegui tomar, deixei o copo cheio. Reclamei com a moça do caixa e agora mostro minha indignação. NÃO RECOMENDO ESTA LOJA PRA NINGUÉM!!!
I went to lunch this afternoon at this chain's restaurant at Shopping Capim Dourado aq in Palmas-TO and I ordered a shrimp stroganoff. When the dish arrived I was scared by the small amount of rice, if I had 1 spoon it would be a lot, they spread it on the bottom of the dish to fool the beast, it should be the zest of the pan, and they were too lazy to make more, it can only be. You see the picture of the dish with the rice and get excited, it even has a half moon shape, but only in the picture. The employee said that 200 gr is served. per plate, mine should have been 50 gr. As I was very hungry I decided to eat anyway, I went out and bought a pizza to finish lunch. To top it off, I ordered a passion fruit juice that didn't even taste like the fruit, it was pure water, I couldn't drink it, I left the glass full. I complained to the cashier and now I show my indignation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!!
