Péssima logística, péssimo atendimento, além disso a casa vem cheio de problemas e vai dando problemas a longo prazo!
exigem um grande valor do caução, no momento de devolver o dinheiro eles cobram até o parafuso da casa, e enrolam até o ultimo dia para não devolver;
sai da casa a dois meses, e até agora não devolveram meu dinheiro, sempre arrumam uma desculpe, e já resolvi todas as pendências possíveis, e agora não respondem mais minhas mensagens.
Péssima experiência. Não indico a ninguém!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive grandes problemas dps que comprei minha casa com a imobiliária acla e a construtora viverde, comprei meu imóvel em 2019 e ate hoje venho tendo problemas e ele nunca resolveram meu casa, acho isso uma falta de compromisso com os clientes, e não da um suporte pro cliente, não sei qie foi com todos mais comigo venho relatando esses problemas a dois anos e nada ainda infelizmente acho uma falta de respeito.
