Estou decepcionada com a qualidade das roupas. Há 1 ano comprei uma jardineira que após lavar, encolheu. Além disso, comprei três macacões na loja do Shopping Miramar em Santos e no primeiro uso todos os macacões abriram a costura. Fiz uma costura em casa mesmo e abriram novamente, até que levei a minha costureira de confiança e solicitei para reforçar a costura. Pois bem, não adiantou, a costura estourou novamente e ainda outros lugares descosturaram. E não foi descuido meu, pois tenho algumas roupas de anos que ainda estão com boa qualidade. O fato é que não paguei barato nos macacões, se bem me lembro, eles custaram em torno de R$109,00, eu realmente esperava uma qualidade melhor e não ficar com as minhas roupas íntimas expostas. Posterguei o máximo para fazer a reclamação, mas na minha última tentativa que foi semana passada, novamente a roupa me deixou na mão. Fiz a reclamação no Reclame Aqui, inclusive com fotos das roupas, mas acredito que a loja não tenha costume de olhar. Não espero qualquer ressarcimento com essa reclamação, apenas desejo respeito com o consumidor.

I am disappointed with the quality of the clothes. 1 year ago I bought a bib that shrunk after washing. In addition, I bought three overalls at the Shopping Miramar store in Santos and on the first use all the overalls opened the seam. I did a sewing at home and they opened it again, until I took my reliable seamstress and asked to reinforce the sewing. Well, it didn't work, the sewing broke again and other places unraveled. And it was not my carelessness, because I have some clothes from years that are still with good quality. The fact is that I didn't pay for the overalls cheaply, if I remember correctly, they cost around R $ 109.00, I really expected better quality and not having my underwear exposed. I postponed the maximum to make the complaint, but on my last attempt that was last week, again the clothes left me in the wrong. I made the complaint at Reclame Aqui, including photos of the clothes, but I believe that the store is not used to looking. I do not expect any reimbursement for this complaint, I just want respect from the consumer.
